Problem/Condition: A data center with expensive computer equipment is the tenant on the first floor of this office building. They are concerned about water from miscellaneous leaks on above floors that may harm their equipment.
Solution: CEM-KOTE FLEX ST.  CEM-KOTE FLEX ST is installed throughout the entire second floor to create a water tight barrier.
