PRECAUTIONS
POWER PLAY ICE PAINT must be thoroughly mixed with equal parts of warm water to provide a lump-free mix. Lumps will cause spraying clogging and uneven coverage. Bright white should be evenly sprayed to produce an even colour, free of shadows and streaking.
APPLICATION
White … Add 10 – 12 L of warm water per bag and mix to a lump-free consistency. Apply by any conventional spray equipment, such as a Chapin 1949 with a 0.379 LPM nozzle, or roller. Remix occasionally to prevent settling. Hold spray nozzle approximately 1′ from surface to prevent beading and overlap spray pattern to provide even colouring. Apply second coat at 90° to the first. Once the final coat has been inspected, cover with a light water spray to protect the coat from damage. Clean with water.
Colours … Add one bag of POWER PLAY ICE PAINT to the premixed colour concentrate and mix to a lump-free consistency. Do not add water, as this will dilute the pigment strength. Paint colours by brush, roller, or conventional spray equipment, such as a Chapin 1949 with 0.379 LPM nozzle. Protect the coat with 2 – 3 fine mist applications of water. Heavy water coats will cause colours to bleed.
