JKS Motorsports started out as a 15,000 sf INDUROSHINE project but eventually grew into a 34,000 sf job. The building was actually a design/build project so there was not a standard architectural process.

From the very beginning, the goal was to differentiate INDUROSHINE as the premier system since the contractor, Blair Duron, had been using a competitive system for many years. The first step was to understand precisely what Blair Duron did not like about the competitor’s system and then make a presentation that addressed those areas and ultimately solved them. Eventually, trust was built with Jack McDougall of Blair Duron, which resulted in the opportunity to work on the JKS project. From this point, one word was preached – perfection.  Follow up and follow through was made to make sure all parties had a positive impression of INDUROSHINE from all perspectives after the project was completed. In the end, the goal was achieved.  Blair Duron was secured for future projects and a valuable endorsement was also received from JKS Motorsports.
