AIR-SHIELD JOINT FILLER
Detailing Compound
DESCRIPTION
AIR-SHIELD JOINT FILLER is a pre-mixed, cold-applied, single-component joint filler. AIR-SHIELD JOINT FILLER was specifically designed to seal exterior sheathing joints in applications using AIR-SHIELD LM, AIR-SHIELD LM (ALL SEASON), and AIR-SHIELD LMP from W. R. MEADOWS.
USES
AIR-SHIELD JOINT FILLER is designed to work with the AIR-SHIELD liquid membrane line of products to create a cohesive, seamless seal between joints in exterior sheathing. The appropriate AIR-SHIELD LM product can then be applied to create a positive, monolithic, permanent seal to protect the structure from moisture intrusion. This complete seal is a key component to keep the structure safe from the intrusion of damaging moisture, especially in joints, where even the slightest void can result in building envelope failure.
| FEATURES/BENEFITS |
- Pre-mixed and easy to apply.
- Excellent cohesive and adhesive strengths.
- Specifically developed for use with AIR-SHIELD LM, AIR-SHIELD LM (ALL SEASON), and AIR-SHIELD LMP.
