DESCRIPTION
SEAL CURE is an economical curing and sealing compound formulated from acrylic polymers and quick-evaporating solvents. When applied on freshly placed concrete, it forms a clear, uniform, moisture-retentive film, which simultaneously cures and seals the concrete.
USES
SEAL CURE is ideal for curing and sealing newly placed concrete in commercial and industrial applications such as floors, sidewalks, service stations, multi-level parking decks, and driveways.
SEAL CURE is recommended for exterior use. It provides a durable finish that is more resistant to chemicals, oil, grease, de-icing salts, and abrasion.
FEATURES/BENEFITS |

PRECATIONS
Use only when concrete surfaces are above 5°C (40°F) and only after all surface water sheen has disappeared.
Allow 24 hours before application in very high humidity conditions.
SEAL CURE will temporarily darken concrete; lightens to normal concrete colour in 6 to 12 months.
Keep vapours away from foodstuffs.
SEAL CURE is not resistant to aromatic solvents and will not resist spillage of lead-free gasoline.
SEAL CURE is flammable. Keep product away from heat and open flame.
Do not use as a substitute sealer where coloured concrete shakes require colour-matched sealers.

DATA
Coverage
Broomed surface 4.9 m²/L (240 ft.²/gal.)
Trowelled surface up to 14.7 m²/L (720 ft.²/gal.)

APPLICATION
Product container provides all application information. Read and follow all instructions and precautions.
Apply by sprayer, long-nap roller, soft bristle broom, or lamb's wool applicator. Standard garden-type sprayers equipped with a neoprene hose and gaskets are recommended for best results.
Apply SEAL CURE as soon as all surface water has disappeared and the concrete surface will not be marred by walking workmen. Apply evenly over entire surface; avoid puddling in low areas. Restrict foot traffic for at least four hours. Twelve hours is preferred.
SEAL CURE should not be applied during high temperature conditions in direct sunlight. These conditions cause rapid evaporation, which does not allow the film to form properly. Under these conditions, the film may peel, bubble, and/or turn white (blush).
SEAL CURE should not be applied to concrete exposed to excessive moisture. Entrapped moisture in a solvent-based sealer may cause the film to peel and/or turn white (blush).
For greater protection and higher sheen, apply a further coating of SEAL CURE and/or apply a coating of SEAL CURE/25 from W. R. MEADOWS.
CLEANUP
Clean tools and equipment after use with a solvent such as SEALTIGHT SOLVENT, xylene, or toluol.
SAFETY AND TOXICITY
Contains solvent. Use with adequate ventilation and avoid prolonged breathing of vapours that may cause dizziness or suffocation. Avoid contact with skin and/or eyes. See product label and Material Safety Data Sheet for additional information. Read and follow all instructions and precautions.
Harmful or fatal if swallowed
