Extending: When repairing exceptionally large or deep areas, up to 50 lb (22.7 kg) of crushed stone or pea gravel may be added per bag.

Yield: One cubic foot requires a little over 2 bags. Using crushed stone or pea gravel one ft3 requires a little over 1 bag.

Acrylic Latex Intralok Bonding Agent should be used as the mixing liquid for repair of industrial floors subject to heavy loading or where normal curing conditions are unsatisfactory.

Installation Instructions
  • Apply 820 Rapid-Set Patching Compound in a stiff no slump consistency, so that forms or other types of containers are not necessary.
  • Use about 3 - 3 ½ quarts (3.5 - 4 litres) of water per bag.
  • Mix for approximately 2 minutes and place without delay.
  • The surface to be repaired should be rough, clean and wetted with water prior to application.
  • For use on smooth surfaces and for featheredge patching, Intralok Bonding Agent is recommended.
  • Do not mix up more than can be effectively placed in 5 minutes, especially in warm weather.
  • Do not attempt to re-temper.  After placing, keep damp for an hour or apply a curing compound.
  • For applications use straight from the bag with water only.
  • For exceptionally large or deep areas, crushed stone, trap rock, or pea gravel should be added up to 100% by volume.
  • When adding these aggregates always dry mix the ingredients first.
  • Add water and mix to LOW SLUMP consistency.
  • Do not over-water.
  • MIX AND PLACE WITHIN 5 MINUTES.
