W. R. Meadows was proud to take part in the largest Arizona office complex construction project in the state’s history – Marina Heights. We documented this project with a case study that describes the complexity and daunting challenges of building such a massive structure. If you haven’t yet read this interesting project diary, now’s the time to do so as we are taking part in the next phase of the project very soon.
A nine-story structure and the first of five buildings opened its doors last year on the 20-acre Marina Heights campus in Tempe, Arizona. The largest office development in Arizona history sits along the Salt River on the shore of Tempe Town Lake and across the street from Arizona State University’s Sun Devil Stadium. With two levels of underground parking, it also is the state’s largest underground waterproofing project and one of the reasons why W. R. Meadows was involved in this project.
Check out the case study to learn more about this unique project. If you’re an architect or contractor working on a unique W. R. Meadows project, please let us know and we can develop a case study that promotes not only the project, but your firm and business as well. We’d love to work with you!
