Versatile and Easy-to-Use Thin Patch Mortar for Everyday Repairs

When you need a go-to all-purpose mortar, MEADOW-PATCH T1 offers a one-component, polymer-modified, cementitious repair mortar capable of horizontal, vertical, and overhead concrete applications. MEADOW-PATCH T1 has a creamy consistency that is an ideal choice for localized patching and minor repairs up to 1” (25.4 mm). MEADOW-PATCH T1 offers excellent polymer-modified bond and freeze-thaw resistance which allows for long-term stability on interior or exterior below-, above-, or on-grade applications. Breathable MEADOW-PATCH T1 will not act as a vapor barrier.

MEADOW-PATCH T1 comes in standard gray or light gray. Complimentary product color samples are available by request. Please note that minor color variations from different batches, water addition, application condition, and curing procedures are normal.
