DESCRIPTION
1100 RUBBERIZED CRACK FILLER is an emulsified asphalt containing rubber and selected fillers designed for sealing cracks in asphalt and concrete pavements. It is cold applied.

SHELF LIFE
When stored indoors in original, unopened containers at temperatures between 4° – 32° C, optimum performance and best use is obtained within two years of date of manufacture.

APPLICATION
Surface Preparation … Clean cracks and joints and remove all loose material using compressed air. Fill deep cracks to within 51 mm (2″) of pavement with clean sand.
Application Method … Apply with gravity-feed type pour pots or diaphragm pump system. Sprinkle sand or cement powder on uncured material to prevent tracking. Some cracks may require refilling after the application has cured. Minimum application temperature is 10º C.
Clean-Up … Use water to clean up fresh material. Dried material may be cleaned up with mineral spirits.
PRECAUTIONS
DO NOT FREEZE. Minimum application temperature is 10º C. Do not use if there is a possibility of rain. Refer to Safety Data Sheet for complete Health and Safety information.
