DESCRIPTION
520 SEALMASTIC emulsion is a mineral colloid emulsion for use as a dampproof coating.
USES
520 SEALMASTIC emulsion is ideal for reducing dampness and moisture infiltration through foundation walls, parapets, firewalls, tanks, culverts, cisterns, and bridge abutments. The product is also applicable for below-grade masonry wall dampproofing. 520 SEALMASTIC is compatible with ICF foam forms

COVERAGE
Coverage is 0.39 – 0.74 m2/L (16 – 30 ft.2/gal.) depending on porosity of the surface.
SHELF LIFE
When stored indoors in original, unopened containers at temperatures between 4° – 32° C, optimum performance and best use is obtained within two years of date of manufacture.

APPLICATION
Surface Preparation … Surface shall be firm and free from loose particles, cracks, grease, oil, frost, snow, ice, and other foreign matter. Surface may be damp, but not wet. Prime with 50% diluted 520 SEALMASTIC. Dilute with clean water only.
Mixing … Mix thoroughly before application.
Application Method … Apply by brush, trowel, glove or sprayer. Protect uncured emulsion from precipitation. Protect walls with PROTECTION COURSE (VIBRAFLEX® PC) from W. R. MEADOWS during backfill operations.
Drying Time … Touch dry: 2 hours. Firm dry: 24 hours.
Cleanup … Use water for cleanup of uncured emulsion. Use mineral spirits for cleanup of cured emulsion.
PRECAUTIONS
520 SEALMASTIC is a water/asphalt emulsion and will freeze. Do not allow to freeze.
