A-625 FAST DRY
Additive for TRMSS and Asphalt-Based Sealers
DESCRIPTION
A-625 FAST DRY is a specially blended copolymer emulsion additive containing fast drying chemicals that modifies tire rubber modified surfaces and asphalt emulsion sealers and increases tensile strength and high viscosity buildup.
USES
When specifications demand traffic be opened up quickly, use A-625 FAST DRY on any asphalt surfaces, such as commercial and industrial parking lots, fast food and mall lots, and driveways. It is recommended for faster curing of asphalt-based or tire-modified surface sealers. It reduces tracking and power steering scuff marks. A-625 FAST DRY is user friendly and complies with all VOC emissions and EPA standards.
FEATURES/BENEFITS
- Outstanding toughness and adhesion.
- Better suspension of the aggregates.
- Resistant to oils, fuels, grease, and chemicals.
- Provides faster curing times.

APPLICATION
Surface Preparation … Surface must be free from dirt, dust, and oil. Treat oil, grease, and gasoline spots with A-500 OIL SPOT PRIMER.
Application Method … Mix well before using. The amount will vary depending upon the type of end use or specifications.
When using a mechanical sprayer or squeegee-type machine, add sealer and proper amount of water (when using TRMSS). Start agitator and slowly add recommended amount of A-625 FAST DRY and mix to a uniform consistency. Aggregate, if being used, is added last, and mixed thoroughly before application.
Cleanup … Wash tools with water.
