ULTRITE® CLEANER
DESCRIPTION
ULTRITE CLEANER is a ready-to-use cleaner intended for use with ULTRITE COATING REMOVER from W. R. MEADOWS. This product is the second step of the two-step coating removal process.
USES
ULTRITE CLEANER is used to remove the residues from ULTRITE COATING REMOVER and to clean and prepare the surface for subsequent coatings and treatments.

Coverage is approximate and may vary depending on how well the ULTRITE COATING REMOVER and the softened coating have been scraped off, concrete condition, climatic conditions, or equipment used for application. Always apply to a test area first to determine actual coverage rate before full-scale application.
SHELF LIFE
When stored indoors in original, unopened containers at temperatures between 4° – 32° C, optimum performance and best use is obtained within two years of date of manufacture.
APPLICATION
Surface Preparation … Scrape off as much as possible of ULTRITE COATING REMOVER and softened coating from the surface before cleaning with ULTRITE CLEANER.
Application Method … Apply ULTRITE CLEANER with a mop, broom, or sprayer. Allow the product to stay on the surface for 3 – 5 minutes before agitating with a brush or a mop. Rinse thoroughly with water. Using a pressure washer where possible is recommended for more effective results. Repeat the process as necessary. Do not allow the product to dry.
Depending on how much ULTRITE COATING REMOVER and softened coating have been scraped off, two rounds of cleaning is recommended for optimum results.
PRECAUTIONS
Do not dilute. Protect painted, stained, and alkaline-sensitive surfaces from ULTRITE CLEANER. Rinse well with water. Do not freeze. Product is not intended to be used by on its own – must be used in conjunction with ULTRITE COATING REMOVER.
