This course explores how effective planning, coordination, and communication help ensure successful concrete waterproofing performance. Participants will learn how product selection, design, specification development, construction management, and installation practices all contribute to quality waterproofing outcomes. The presentation highlights key checklist items used during specifications, pre-construction meetings, trade coordination, and active construction, along with practical considerations for selecting appropriate waterproofing solutions and working with manufacturers for technical support during project delivery. This program is registered with the American Institute of Architects Continuing Education System (AIA CES) and is approved for Health, Safety, and Welfare (HSW) credit, with participants earning one Learning Unit (LU) upon completion.
