Concrete Anchoring & Bonding Adhesives

POLY-GRIP
POLY-GRIP is a two-component, polyester-based, styrene-free rapid curing structural adhesive used for anchoring and doweling applications. It is specifically designed to be used in temperatures from 10° – 95° F (-12° – 35° C) allowing for a large range of application temperatures. POLY-GRIP is used for adhering dowel bars and tie bars for partial or full-depth concrete pavement repairs and new pavement construction applications. It features a wide service temperature range of -40° to 176° F (-40° to 80° C). Poly-Grip is non-sag and provides quick bolt-up time in as little as 30 minutes at 77° F (25°C) to minimize turn-around time. POLY-GRIP is moisture insensitive, allowing installation and curing in damp water-saturated environments in many applications. Available in 28 Fluid Ounce Cartridge (10 Cartridges/Carton).

REZI-WELD 1000
REZI-WELD 1000 is a medium-viscosity, two-component, construction-grade structural epoxy bonding adhesive designed for load-bearing applications. It is moisture-insensitive and resistant to many chemicals. High modulus, high strength REZI-WELD 1000 is color-coded to assure proper mixing and is easy to apply. REZI-WELD 1000 is used to bond hardened concrete to fresh or hardened concrete. It can also be used to bond metals and other materials to hardened concrete. REZI-WELD 1000 is also used to secure metal anchors, bolts, rebar, and dowels in hardened concrete. Mixed with sand or aggregates, REZI-WELD 1000 may also be used to patch spalls or defects in concrete. A thin film coating sprinkled with sand or grit becomes a durable, non-skid interior topping.

REZI-WELD GEL PASTE is a high viscosity, rapid setting, thixotropic, structural, epoxy-based, chemical anchoring/bonding adhesive and injection resin. REZI-WELD GEL PASTE provides high mechanical properties and bond strength to concrete and various other substrates. REZI-WELD GEL PASTE is a two-component, moisture-insensitive construction epoxy, which can be troweled, brushed, injected, or pumped. REZI-WELD GEL PASTE is used to bond hardened concrete to fresh or hardened concrete. It can also be used to bond metals and other materials to hardened concrete. REZI-WELD GEL PASTE is also used to secure metal anchors, bolts, rebar, and dowels in hardened concrete. REZI-WELD GEL PASTE STATE provides high mechanical properties and bond strength to concrete and various other substrates. REZI-WELD GEL PASTE STATE is used for adhering dowel bars and tie bars for partial or full-depth concrete pavement repairs and new pavement construction. REZI-WELD LV
REZI-WELD LV is a very low viscosity, two-component, moisture insensitive, high strength, high modulus structural injection epoxy resin. REZI-WELD LV is designed for gravity feeding or pressure injecting into non-moving cracks in hardened concrete (or similar type of hardened substrate) to reinstate structural integrity of the structural element. This can be accomplished by pressure injecting using two-component metering systems, hand-held bulk guns, or pressure pots. It is suitable for injecting fine, non-moving structural cracks for long-term repairs.

When mixed with sand or aggregates, REZI-WELD LV makes an economical, easy-to-use epoxy mortar for patching or repairing defects in concrete substrates, interior non-skid toppings, and structural bonding applications.

REZI-WELD LV resists most chemicals and features a unique, innovative unitized packaging concept. It combines two pre-measured components into an easy-to-handle single unit. The unitized packaging eliminates mishandling and mismatching of the components on the jobsite.

REZI-WELD LV STATE is an Ultra-low viscosity, two-component, moisture insensitive, high strength, high modulus structural injection epoxy resin.
