New Product: HYDRALASTIC 836 SL Waterproofing Membrane

HYDRALASTIC 836 SL is a single-component, cold-applied, solvent-free, water-activated, waterproofing system. It does not shrink and has a low VOC content. It will not crack in extreme cold or flow due to softening at high temperatures. HYDRALASTIC 836 SL is suitable for use on interior or exterior concrete surfaces, where protection from water intrusion is desired. The product can be used for both above-grade and below-grade applications. HYDRALASTIC 836 SL is excellent for many applications, such as waterproofing plaza decks and elevated composite decks and also in between-slab (split-slab) applications.

W. R. MEADOWS manufactures a complete line of fluid-applied waterproofing and moisture control products. When these products are used in combination as a system, they ensure that you have complete control of moisture migration in your facility.

Fluid-Applied Waterproofing Products

BEM is a one-component, cold-applied, non-slump waterproofing material that can be used for a variety of applications with building envelope products from W. R. MEADOWS. BEM cures to form a tough, flexible waterproofing membrane.

HYDRALASTIC 836 is a cold-applied, solvent-free, single-component waterproofing compound. It does not shrink, has a low volatile organic compound (VOC) content, and has a very low odor. It will not crack in extreme cold or slump due to softening at high temperatures.

HRM 714 hot-applied rubberized asphalt membrane is a 100% solids blend of asphalts, synthetic rubber polymers, and filler formulated to provide toughness with flexibility and low moisture vapor permeance.

MEL-ROL_® LM is a single-component, polymer-modified, cold-applied, water-based, liquid waterproofing membrane ideal for below-grade horizontal and vertical seamless waterproofing applications. We have taken the same high quality rubber polymers found in MEADOWS’ successful MEL-ROL “peel and stick” membrane, and converted them into a heavy bodied, high solids, quick drying liquid membrane.

MEL-ROL LM (ALL SEASON) can be used on new and remedial waterproofing applications on concrete or masonry block substrates. Application can be performed in colder weather when water-based products cannot be used.
