If you have been on our website recently, you may have noticed that there is a new chat in town. The chat is located in the bottom right corner of wrmeadows.com. I bet you’re wondering, how does that help me? Here are some utilities that the chat function handles: Need Product Resources, Local Rep, Locate a Distributor, Technical Question, and Other.
“Need Product Resources” is the chat button that would encompass, you guessed it, product resources. Most of this content is existing on our website already, but it can be time-consuming to rummage through it to find something small. So, save time, and chat in! “Need Product Resources” could be anything from data sheets, safety data sheets, color palettes, specification testing, and much more. This chat gets sent to a rep in the corporate office immediately. These reps are specially trained by our sales team to handle the chats best they can.
“Local Rep” is the button to press when you want to speak to the sales rep in your respective area. Once you hit this button, you’re asked a few preliminary questions, such as what country you are in, what state you are in, and, if needed, what county you are in. Once all the criteria are selected, you will be sent the rep’s info that covers that area. As an example, let’s say you select “United States” and “Vermont” as criteria; you would be routed to our outside rep Anthony Oropallo, which would look like this:

“Locate a Distributor” is another option available to chat users. This button is more complex than how it sounds. Different distributors carry different products and different quantities. So, when this button is selected, it goes straight to the inside team in corporate. They will then route you to your local rep where you will get the info on the local distributors.
The “Technical Question” button goes straight to a person within our inside team at W. R. MEADOWS corporate. Technical questions can be anything under the sun, from application questions to product compatibility, and almost anything else.
The “Other” button is specifically designed to encapsulate all other chats that don’t fit into the other triggers. If this were a Hogwarts house, it would be Hufflepuff.
