At W. R. MEADOWS, we believe that knowledge is power – and that empowering our partners and end-users with expertise is one of the most valuable services we can offer. Beyond manufacturing top-tier quality products, our commitment to training, education, and collaboration ensures that architects, engineers, contractors, and distributors can confidently choose, specify, and install our solutions. Our educational programs are designed not only to build individual knowledge but also to strengthen the relationships that fuel success across the entire construction industry.
Expanding Expertise with Our Learning Center
To make training accessible to everyone, we’ve created a centralized online Learning Center available on the W. R. MEADOWS website. This portal offers a wide range of resources that are easily accessible, from anywhere, at any time.
Through the Learning Center, all visitors can watch any of our product and application videos, professionals can sign up for AIA presentations to earn valuable AIA Continuing Education credits, and distributors can register and participate in our KnightSchool platform — a one-of-a-kind online educational network designed for, but not limited to, our distributor partners. KnightSchool was built to transfer crucial product knowledge regarding specifications, proper usage, and field applications. We’ve designed it to be both educational and rewarding: participants not only gain a working knowledge of our products, but also have the opportunity to earn free gifts through their interactive participation.
Our goal is simple – to make learning about W. R. MEADOWS products an engaging, accessible, and enriching experience that equips our partners to better serve their own clients.
Hands-On Learning: Distributor Product Training
While online learning is an important foundation, W. R. MEADOWS also offers in-person training sessions tailored specifically for our distribution partners. Our Distribution Product Training events combine classroom instruction with hands-on practice to help inside and outside sales teams gain deeper product familiarity and working knowledge.
Typically spanning about a day and a half, these comprehensive sessions cover a wide range of products and systems from across our divisions 3 and 7 lines. Participants gain a thorough understanding of where and how our products fit within the marketplace, technical specifications, key advantages, real-world usage scenarios, and even insights into product compatibility, upgrades, and next-generation solutions.
More than just technical training, these sessions are also about reinforcing who we are as a company: a trusted partner committed to innovation, quality, and long-term collaboration. Our goal is for distribution partners to walk away with more than product knowledge, we want them to walk away with confidence in W. R. MEADOWS as a brand they can proudly represent.
Supporting Architects & Engineers with AIA Trainings & Lunch-and-Learns
Knowledge sharing extends beyond products and installers. W. R. MEADOWS also proudly supports the architecture and engineering communities through structured education offerings.
Our AIA-accredited presentations provide architects with the opportunity to earn Continuing Education credits while gaining insights into best practices, product innovations, and system solutions that can enhance the performance and longevity of their projects. We also offer Lunch-and-Learn sessions, casual but informative discussions on a variety of construction-related topics, which can be conducted either virtually or in person depending on preference.
These educational events are designed to not only provide technical knowledge but also to foster conversation, answer questions, and strengthen the relationships between our team and the design community.
Training as a Foundation for Lasting Success
At W. R. MEADOWS, we understand that our success is tied to the success of our partners. Every training we offer, whether it’s a quick online video or a two-day in-depth course, is designed with one purpose: to empower our clients, distributors, architects, engineers, and contractors to succeed.
When our partners are confident in their knowledge, they are more effective, more competitive, and more valuable to their own clients. By continually investing in education, we’re not just teaching about products, we’re building a stronger, smarter, and more resilient industry together.
