Is Duogard Citrus compatible for this job (elastomeric form liner)?

A contractor we will be using an elastomeric form liner on a project. The special provision states to use a form release agent that is compatible with the selected liners.  The contractor wishes to obtain written certification from the manufacturer that the product selected is compatible and is non-reacting and non-staining. Would Duogard Citrus be suitable?

Due to the uncertainty of the composition of the elastomeric form liners, we cannot recommend Duogard Citrus for this application. Duogard Citrus is a petroleum-based product and, depending on the composition of the elastomeric forms, it may cause deterioration over time.
