Will Hydraset-Free affect the compressive strength of anchoring grout?

Will Hydraset-Free affect the compressive strength of anchoring grout?  What dosages should be used at temperatures of 41° F (5°C), 50° F (10° C), and 59° F (15° C)?

It is difficult to say how it will impact the compressive strength of the grout.  Hydraset-Free is designed to meet ASTM C494 which specifies an increase of 25% in compressive strength at three days when tested with the specified mix at ambient temperature.  The final strength at 28 days is specified to be equal to the untreated mix under the same conditions.  Under different conditions (different mix and lower temperatures), the exact results are unknown without testing but should follow similar trends.  For dosing, follow the recommendations on the data sheet based on weight of cement in the design mix.
