PENTREAT penetrating sealers are designed for concrete and masonry surfaces that need more than a surface coating. These silane-based sealers penetrate into the substrate to help reduce water and chloride intrusion while maintaining the natural appearance of the surface.
For parking decks, bridge structures, plazas, walkways, stadiums, ramps, driveways, and other exposed concrete, moisture and deicing salts can create long-term durability concerns. PENTREAT helps reduce the risk of scaling, spalling, freeze-thaw damage, and chloride-related corrosion of reinforcing steel.
The PENTREAT line includes both solvent-based and water-based options, giving architects, engineers, contractors, and owners practical choices based on exposure conditions, VOC requirements, application needs, and performance expectations.

PENTREAT 244-20 W/B is a water-based, 20% active silane penetrating sealer for above-grade concrete and masonry. It is a practical option for projects that need penetrating water-repellent protection with easier handling and cleanup.

Suitable for horizontal, vertical, new, and existing concrete and masonry surfaces, including parking structures, stadiums, driveways, plazas, patios, walkways, ramps, median barriers, traffic-bearing concrete, and loading docks.
