Meet HRM 714. This hot-applied continuous elastomeric membrane is ideal for waterproofing bridges, parking, plaza, or promenade decks; tunnels; pedestrian concourses; and similar types of construction where a monolithic waterproofing membrane is desirable. HRM 714 is an incomparable combination of toughness and low temperature flexibility. It has very low absorption and vapor permeance and its unique formulation effectively prevents degradation of the rubber content by overheating.

Because it’s hot-applied, HRM 714 has exceptional self-healing and crack bridging properties and can adhere to virtually any surface. The monolithic rubberized asphalt compound forms a strong, flexible seamless waterproofing membrane that provides a smooth and durable waterproofing protection. Not only does HRM 714 reign supreme in toughness and flexibility, but it ranks high in convenience. There is no wait time for the curing of the membrane because it cures when it’s cooled. And unlike cold-applied membranes that need specific temperature protocols in order to set properly, it can be applied at temperatures below freezing.
