InternationalW. R. MEADOWS has tested 3M HoldFast 70 as an adhesive for bonding CERAMAR to concrete. The HoldFast 70 adhesive was applied to both CERAMAR and the concrete, as recommended by 3M. There were no chemical incompatibility issues, and the adhesion between the CERAMAR and concrete was acceptable.
