For Air-Shield TMP, does “Service Temperature: Not to exceed 175° F (80° C)” refer to the air space in the cavity walls? In this case, behind metal panels?

The 175° F is the maximum service temperature of Air-Shield TMP and that would include the air temperature inside the cavity.  Another way to look at this is the internal temperature of Air-Shield TMP cannot exceed 175° F.
