ADI-CON CW PLUS Flyer
ADI-CON CW PLUS is a dry, free-flowing powder containing a blend of inorganic and organic chemicals, a small amount of sand, and silica-based materials. The chemically-active materials react with lime generated by the hydration reaction of cement and plug the capillary porosity, making concrete watertight under water-head pressure.

CEM-KOTE CW PLUS Flyer
CEM-KOTE CW PLUS is a one-component, Portland cement based coating (slurry) containing silica-based materials. Under water pressure (negative or positive), the soluble silicate penetrates (due to osmotic pressure) into the substrate, where it reacts with lime and forms insoluble calcium silicate crystals which “plug” the capillary pores and waterproofs the concrete while allowing water vapor to pass. CEM-KOTE CW PLUS is suitable for waterproofing retaining walls, basements, concrete slabs, swimming pools, and other concrete structures. CLAY-TITE Flyer
CLAY-TITE is a dual layer waterproofing consisting of virgin HDPE (20 mil), sodium bentonite, and a protective layer consisting of a non-woven polypropylene. The HDPE provides the first layer of waterproofing, while the bentonite’s self-sealing capabilities ensure positive puncture protection under hydrostatic conditions. The polypropylene fabric protects the bentonite from direct installation of shotcrete.

EVAPRE Flyer
EVAPRE evaporation retardant is an economical, high quality, water-based compound. It is specifically designed to form a thin monomolecular film to reduce rapid moisture loss from the concrete surfaces prior to curing. EVAPRE provides a significant aid in producing high-quality concrete flatwork. LIQUI-HARD Flyer
LIQUI-HARD concrete densifier and chemical hardener compound is a proprietary, water-based, ready-to-use, clear silicate liquid, formulated with chemically reactive raw materials to harden and dustproof concrete. This waterborne solution, when properly applied, offers substantial improvement in abrasion and chemical resistance and will significantly improve the durability of the concrete surface when compared to untreated concrete. As LIQUI-HARD is applied and penetrates into the concrete surface, a chemical reaction takes place, producing a byproduct that fills in the pores of the concrete.
MEADOW-PATCH SMOOTH-GRADE Flyer
MEADOW-PATCH SMOOTH-GRADE is a single-component, polymer-modified, cement-based, sands-free material used for achieving an ultra-smooth finish on precast, cast-in-place, tilt-up or other unfinished concrete surfaces. This product offers superior adhesion and durability. It is not a vapor barrier, contains no added gypsum, has excellent workability for trowel application, and has an extended pot life of up to 45 minutes, which provides enhanced working time.

MEL-DEK Flyer
MEL-DEK is a roll-type waterproofing membrane that is 65 mils thick, composed of a polymeric waterproofing membrane on a shrink-resistant, heavy-duty, polypropylene woven carrier fabric. The two components are laminated together under strictly controlled production procedures.
MEL-DRAIN TOTAL-DRAIN Flyer
The MEL-DRAIN TOTAL-DRAIN sheet drain system combines any regular MEL-DRAIN sheet drain section with the unique TOTAL-DRAIN section. TOTAL-DRAIN is a two-part, prefabricated geocomposite drain consisting of a formed 24" high HIPS core covered on one side with a non-woven, needle-punched polypropylene filter fabric. The top section is 12" of 7/16" core for water collection. The bottom section is 12" of 1" thick for water collection and horizontal water flow to designated exits. The fabric allows water to pass into the drain core while restricting the movement of soil particles, which might clog the core. The core allows the water to flow to designated drainage exits. Full-coverage protection is provided to waterproofing materials.
